IT Network Administrator

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Administrator to join our technical team. 
This position is not entry-level: candidates must demonstrate hands-on experience in managing and configuring firewalls, load balancers, and routers within complex enterprise environments.
The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining, securing, and optimizing client network infrastructures to ensure maximum performance, reliability, and continuity.
A curious and proactive attitude, the willingness to learn new tools, explore emerging technologies, and propose innovative solutions when client needs evolve, will be considered a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
•    Configure, manage, and monitor LAN, WAN, and VPN networks.
•    Maintain and optimize network devices, including:
o    Firewalls (Cisco, Fortinet) — practical experience required
o    Load balancers (NetScaler, F5) — practical experience required
o    Routers and Layer 3 switches (Cisco, HPE Aruba)
o    SDN networks, Meraki solutions, and Azure VPN
•    Act as a consultant, not just an executor: proactively analyze business needs, define technical requirements, and design network architectures aligned with client goals.
•    Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, procedures, and configuration baselines — ensuring clarity, reproducibility, and compliance with shared standards.
•    Perform advanced troubleshooting to identify and resolve complex network issues.
•    Apply and maintain network security and management best practices.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to enhance infrastructure and support innovation.
