Brief Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients and market opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with client needs.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company and generate leads.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback.
  • Maintain a Go- Getter attitude.
  • Need to travel to pitch clients.

Preferred Skills

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ year experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, MBA, Marketing, or a related field (Freshers also prefered)
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
