Job Responsibilities
Telecalling
- Handle telecalling activities including outbound calls, lead follow-ups, and responding to customer inquiries to ensure high satisfaction.
- Manage CRM updates, maintain documentation, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations and service delivery.
- Support the sales team, and work towards achieving daily and monthly targets.
Agreement and Documentation
- Generate client agreements using the company’s standard format.
- Maintain proper documentation of client agreements and related records.
- Organize and update digital and physical files systematically.
Client Coordination
- Communicate with clients regarding project updates and work status.
- Maintain client-wise work status in the system or CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely updates.
Operations Support
- Maintain accurate operational data and records.
- Provide support to management in operational and coordination activities.
