Brief Description

Techstas Global Innovations Private Limited is seeking a responsible and well-organized candidate to support leads handling, client coordination, agreement preparation, and daily business operations. The selected candidate will manage daily operations, handle client coordination, follow up on leads through telecalling, maintain records and documentation, and ensure timely updates on work progress.

This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, eager to learn, and interested in building a career in business operations.

Job Responsibilities

Telecalling

  • Handle telecalling activities including outbound calls, lead follow-ups, and responding to customer inquiries to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Manage CRM updates, maintain documentation, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations and service delivery.
  • Support the sales team, and work towards achieving daily and monthly targets.

Agreement and Documentation

  • Generate client agreements using the company’s standard format.
  • Maintain proper documentation of client agreements and related records.
  • Organize and update digital and physical files systematically.

Client Coordination

  • Communicate with clients regarding project updates and work status.
  • Maintain client-wise work status in the system or CRM.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely updates.

Operations Support

  • Maintain accurate operational data and records.
  • Provide support to management in operational and coordination activities.

Preferred Skills

Preferred Skills

  • Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
  • Good communication skills in English, Tamil, and Hindi.
  • Ability to handle customer queries and objections effectively
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills.
  • Responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
  • Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.

Qualification

  • Any Degree or Diploma.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in customer support.
