The ideal candidate is a self-driven who collaborates closely with cross-functional teams and leverages AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity and code quality. Exposure to full-stack technologies (Java/MySQL) and search/API integrations is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance enterprise-grade frontend applications for research, compliance, and institutional workflows.
- Build intuitive dashboards, data-rich interfaces, and workflow components with high usability standards.
- Translate complex regulatory and business requirements into simple, user-friendly UI experiences
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, Backend Engineers, Compliance SMEs, and QA teams.
- Own features end-to-end, including design discussions, implementation, unit testing, and deployment support.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Use AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor) to improve development efficiency and code quality.
- Contribute to and maintain shared design systems to ensure UI consistency across products.
