Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled UX Designer with 3+ years of experience to create intuitive, user-centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Figma, user research, and usability principles, with the ability to translate complex requirements into seamless user journeys.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct user research and gather insights to understand user needs

Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes

Design intuitive and user-friendly experiences for web and mobile applications

Collaborate with product managers, UI designers, and developers

Perform usability testing and improve designs based on feedback

Ensure consistency across products through design systems and guidelines

Continuously optimize user experience based on data and user behavior

Required Skills:

3+ years of experience in UX Design

Strong portfolio showcasing UX case studies

Proficiency in Figma (mandatory)
