Role Overview
We are looking for a junior-level professional who will be responsible for product demos, customer onboarding, basic issue resolution, and driving adoption of paid features for the Offrd platform. This role is customer-facing and requires excellent communication skills along with basic technical understanding. Looking for Immediate joiners.

Key Responsibilities
Product Demos & Onboarding
- Conduct live product demos for prospective customers via Zoom/Teams
- Onboard new customers and guide them through key product features
- Clearly explain product value and real-life use cases
Customer Support & Issue Handling
- Act as the first point of contact for customer-reported issues
- Troubleshoot and fix minor functional or configuration issues
- Coordinate with the engineering/product team for complex issues
- Ensure timely follow-ups and customer satisfaction
Paid Feature Adoption & Upsell
- Educate customers on premium and paid features
- Persuade customers to upgrade by highlighting benefits and ROI
- Support customers during trial-to-paid conversion
Customer Communication
- Maintain professional and empathetic communication with customers
- Handle objections, questions, and feedback effectively
- Maintain basic documentation of customer interactions and issues.
