Brief Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a junior-level professional who will be responsible for product demos, customer onboarding, basic issue resolution, and driving adoption of paid features for the Offrd platform. This role is customer-facing and requires excellent communication skills along with basic technical understanding. Looking for Immediate joiners.

Mode of work : Work from Office

Job Location : Trivandrum , Technopark


Key Responsibilities

Product Demos & Onboarding

  • Conduct live product demos for prospective customers via Zoom/Teams
  • Onboard new customers and guide them through key product features
  • Clearly explain product value and real-life use cases

Customer Support & Issue Handling

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer-reported issues
  • Troubleshoot and fix minor functional or configuration issues
  • Coordinate with the engineering/product team for complex issues
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and customer satisfaction

Paid Feature Adoption & Upsell

  • Educate customers on premium and paid features
  • Persuade customers to upgrade by highlighting benefits and ROI
  • Support customers during trial-to-paid conversion

Customer Communication

  • Maintain professional and empathetic communication with customers
  • Handle objections, questions, and feedback effectively
  • Maintain basic documentation of customer interactions and issues.
 

Preferred Skills

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in:
    • SaaS product demos, customer success, support, or pre-sales
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Basic understanding of:
    • Web / mobile applications
    • SaaS workflows
  • Comfortable using:
    • Zoom / Teams / Google Meet
    • Ticketing or CRM tools (basic level)
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills
