Clinical Associate – Healthcare AI Solutions Non-Clinical Role (MBBS Fresher)

We are looking for a motivated MBBS graduate (fresher) to join our team as a Junior Clinical Associate. This role bridges clinical expertise and technology, helping translate real-world medical knowledge into scalable digital and AI systems.
Key Responsibilities
1.    Clinical-to-Tech Translation
o    Work closely with engineering and product teams to translate clinical workflows, protocols, and decision-making into technical requirements.
o    Support the development of scalable automation and AI solutions based on medical knowledge.
2.    AI Solution Development Support
o    Contribute to building clinically valid assumptions and frameworks for AI model development.
o    Assist in refining logic, datasets, and outputs to ensure medical accuracy and relevance.
3.    Research & Innovation
o    Conduct clinical research to support product features and AI enhancements.
o    Stay updated with the latest medical guidelines, evidence-based practices, and healthcare trends.
o    Participate in brainstorming and innovation initiatives within the team.
4.    Data & Quality Support
o    Review clinical data for accuracy and consistency.
o    Assist in validating AI outputs and ensuring alignment with real-world clinical scenarios.
5.    Cross-functional Collaboration
o    Work with product managers, engineers, and data teams to continuously improve the platform.
