Introduction
We are seeking a highly experienced SharePoint Lead with 10+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and technically leading enterprise SharePoint projects. The candidate should have strong expertise in SharePoint front-end and back-end development, solution architecture, and technical documentation. Experience with Azure Cloud is highly desirable.
Responsibilities include:
Design
- Design scalable, secure SharePoint solutions aligned with business needs
- Define architecture for SharePoint + Azure integrations
- Establish technical standards and best practices
Development & Customization
- Develop SPFx components (React-based web parts & extensions)
- Build Azure Functions and integration APIs
- Implement webhook/subscription-based notification models
- Design API routing/versioning using APIM
Security & Identity
- Implement secure authentication & authorization using OAuth, tokens, and role-based access
- Configure Azure AD / Entra ID integrations
- Ensure compliance with enterprise security policies
Automation & DevOps
- Develop automation using PnP PowerShell, Logic Apps, and Runbooks
- Support release management and environment governance
- Troubleshooting & Support : Diagnose complex production issues across

Documentation & Design
• Prepare:
o High-Level Design (HLD)
o Low-Level Design (LLD)
o Architecture Diagrams
o API Specifications

Team and Mentoring
- Collaborate with stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Participate in technical discussions with clients
- Conduct code reviews
- Mentor junior developers
- Ensure adherence to best practices and governance standards
