We are seeking a Brand & UI/UX Designer to own and manage our group brand identity, corporate design assets, and user-centric digital experiences. This role combines brand storytelling, UI/UX design, and digital creativity, ensuring visual consistency, usability, and brand compliance across all group websites, corporate profiles, and digital platforms.
The role will also support WordPress-based website management and basic video and digital ad creatives for marketing and brand communication.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Corporate Design
• Design and maintain group brand identity across all companies and subsidiaries
• Create and update corporate profiles, company decks, brochures, and presentations
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines (logos, colours, typography, layouts)
• Ensure brand consistency across digital and offline assets
• Support leadership and marketing teams with high-quality corporate visuals
UI/UX & Web Design
• Design UI/UX for websites, landing pages, and digital portals (desktop & mobile)
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate design implementation
• Maintain a shared design system and reusable UI components
• Improve usability and accessibility following industry best practices
WordPress Website Support (Added)
• Manage and update WordPress-based websites (pages, layouts, media, menus)
• Implement designs using WordPress themes and page builders (e.g., Elementor,
Gutenberg, WPBakery)
• Ensure visual consistency and brand compliance across WordPress sites
• Coordinate with developers for custom plugins, performance, or security changes
• Perform basic content updates, layout adjustments, and UI improvements
Note: Advanced backend development is not required.
Video & Digital Creative Support (Advantage)
• Create or edit short-form videos for branding, social media, and digital campaigns
• Support video ads, promotional clips, and motion-based creatives
• Work with marketing teams on visual concepts for campaigns and ads
• Ensure video creatives align with brand guidelines and messaging
Collaboration & Governance
• Work closely with marketing, development, and product teams
• Review and approve designs for brand, UX, and website compliance
• Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers when required
• Ensure alignment with business, regulatory, and brand standards
