We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive with a strong background in IT/Software Sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, lead generation, and client relationship management within the software and services industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn networking, and online bidding platforms.
- Conduct product demos and service presentations for prospective clients (online and offline).
- Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat and long-term business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align proposals with project and client requirements.
- Research market trends, competitors, and opportunities for business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, deals, and follow-ups.
- Communicate effectively with clients, including the ability to discuss requirements using technical terminologies.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of proven experience in Sales.
- Software Sales Experience preferred.
- Strong expertise in lead generation, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Experience in international business development is preferred.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Fiverr, and other online bidding platforms.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) with a strong command of English.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Knowledge of ChatGPT and AI tools is an added advantage.
- Strong networking, relationship-building, and presentation abilities.
