Experience
10–15 years of overall software engineering and architecture experience

Strong hands-on experience in AWS Solution Architecture

Experience designing Agentic AI / GenAI solutions on AWS

Expertise with AWS services such as Bedrock, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, OpenSearch, Redshift

Experience working with US Life Sciences / Pharma domain
Key Responsibilities:
Architecture & Design
- Define and own end-to-end solution architecture for large-scale, mission-critical systems.
- Design systems using multiple architectural styles, including:
- Microservices
- Event-driven architecture
- Serverless
- Monolithic-to-modernization patterns
- Apply design patterns and enterprise integration patterns to solve complex technical problems.
- Ensure architectural decisions align with scalability, security, performance, and cost optimization goals.
Technical Leadership
- Act as the primary technical point for engineering teams.
- Mentor senior engineers and associate architects on architecture best practices.
- Review and approve solution designs, high-level designs (HLD), and low-level designs (LLD).
- Drive architectural governance, standards, and best practices across teams.
Cloud & Platform Engineering
- Design and implement solutions on major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Guide teams on containerization, orchestration, and CI/CD strategies.
Emerging Technologies
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption where they add business value.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with managers, engineering leaders, security teams, and business stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
