We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Golang Developer (Full Stack) to design and build scalable, high-performance applications. In this role, you will take ownership of backend services built in Go while also contributing significantly to frontend development.
Leadership experience is preferred, as you will be expected to guide junior developers and influence engineering best practices.
Role Overview
As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Go.

Build and integrate modern frontend applications.

Contribute to architectural decisions and system design.

Collaborate closely with product owners, designers, and stakeholders.

Ensure high code quality, performance, and security standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend services using Go (Golang).
- Build responsive, performant frontend applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, and gRPC endpoints.
- Work with RDBMS and NoSQL databases to design optimized data models.
- Deploy and maintain applications using AWS and containerization technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complete end-to-end solutions.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and development cycles.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance across the stack.
- Maintain clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Enforce and follow engineering best practices.
Required Skills
Backend (Mandatory)
- 6+ years of web development experience.
- 4+ years of strong hands-on Go programming experience.
- Strong knowledge of REST, GraphQL, and gRPC.
- Deep understanding of concurrency in Go (goroutines, channels, sync primitives).
- Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
- Experience designing scalable and distributed systems.
Frontend (Mandatory)
- Strong hands-on experience with modern frontend technologies (React / Vue / Angular preferred).
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience integrating frontend applications with backend APIs.
- Understanding of state management and performance optimization.
DevOps & Cloud
- Experience with AWS / Azure/ GCP services.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and containerization.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes for deployment and scaling.
- CI/CD pipeline understanding.
Database
- Strong understanding of RDBMS (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
- Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB/Redis).
- Ability to design optimized schemas and queries.
