Experience: 4–9+ years
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct workshops to gather requirements and define process flows
• Write BRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Support solution validation and UAT execution
• Align design with ITIL and organizational workflows
• Maintain documentation for processes and platform usage
• Collaborate closely with technical teams and business SMEs
