We are looking for a Software and Hardware Installation & Support Engineer responsible for installing, configuring, and supporting various IT and automation systems at client locations.
Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field
Key Responsibilities:
* Install, configure, and maintain software applications and hardware systems.
* Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.
* Troubleshoot issues related to computers, networks, peripherals, and installed software.
* Assist in the installation and commissioning of IT infrastructure, AV systems, and automation solutions.
* Diagnose hardware faults and coordinate repair or replacement when required.
* Maintain documentation of installations, service reports, and support activities.
* Provide basic user training and technical guidance to clients.
* Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and technical support.
