•Review and refine sentiments generated by the platform's NLP engine.
•Collect, process, and analyze data from various sources to generate management reports.
•Responsible for survey design updates and managing translations for accurate data collection.
•Fulfil client requests promptly, maintaining high-quality standards.
•Should be adaptable and open to working in different shifts.
