• Preparation of the FMEA meetings (meeting agenda, attendees according DFMEA Leader feedback)
• Assurance that the DFMEA methodology is followed.
• Perform the updates at the DFMEA tool APIS IQ.
• Responsible for change history of DFMEA’s and transfer of requirement into PFMEA process (Functions and failures modes. Ys & Yc).
• Leads and trains engineering teams in DFMEA process and methodology and can promote changes as required by the engineering teams.
• Responsible for managing the master data base of all component DFMEA’s and ensuring that updates are made in a timely manner.
• Conduct DFMT Meetings at RFQ & Development to ensure Engineering & Manufacturing alignment & agreement"
