System Requirement Engineer

• Knowledge of the System Requirements Engineering procedures.
• Knowledge of the traceability procedures.
• Knowledge of System Requirements writing methodology and best practices
• Automotive systems development experience, preferably in products like PDB, BCM, ZCM, BDU.
• Excellent knowledge of automotive communication-related technologies: Ethernet, CAN/CANFD, LIN, FLEXRAY, SPI, I2C, UART
• CPRE certification will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Diagnostic specifications. Example: UDS, KWP
• Knowledge of electrical characteristics of HW components (for e.x. Driver ICs, SBC, MOSFETs, SPOC etc...)
• Hands on experience with Requirements management tools (e.x. DOORS)
• Hands on experience with Change management tools used (e.x. JIRA)
• Hands on experience with problem resolution tools used (e.x. JIRA)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent teamwork skills within global footprinted organizations.
• Analytic thinking, empathy, communication skills, Conflict Resolution skills, Moderation skills, self-confident and persuasiveness
• Knowledge of the ISO 26262 standard
• Knowledge of the ISO 21434 standard
• Knowledge of the FMEA, FTA, DFA, DFMEA
