Job Description
Sampling & Bidding Support:
•Serve as a trusted subject matter expert on sampling and feasibility, partnering with internal teams to build best in class sampling strategies that elevate client outcomes and support profitable growth.
•Provide operational support throughout the bidding lifecycle, including feasibility checks, sample plan recommendations, pricing guidance, and consultative insights.
•Ensure proposal inputs are accurate, operationally sound, and aligned with project timelines and delivery capabilities.
•Support complex, strategic, or high visibility bids through supplemental materials, clarifications, and client facing documentation.
Field Services Management
•Apply strong sample/field management expertise to guide internal teams on feasibility, sourcing options, operational risks, and strategy recommendations throughout the project lifecycle.
•Contribute to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Forsta’s field management processes—ensuring consistency, scalability, and operational rigor.
•Support sourcing decisions by providing thoughtful recommendations on partner selection, field approach, and sample allocation based on feasibility, cost, quality, and operational fit.
•Maintain constructive working relationships with sample and fieldwork partners, ensuring clear communication, alignment with expectations, and smooth collaboration.
•Provide light support on supplier negotiations and performance discussions, focusing on quality, feasibility, pricing alignment, and operational consistency.
•Identify opportunities to refine field management workflows, improve supplier performance, strengthen sourcing strategies, and enhance overall project efficiency.
Operational Excellence
•Use deep knowledge of sample design, feasibility, and industry best practices to guide teams toward accurate scoping and successful project delivery.
•Collaborate closely with Project Management, Sales, and Operations to ensure strategies, timelines, and expectations are clear, achievable, and aligned across teams.
