Required Skills

Build automation with Flows, Workflow Rules, and Validation Rules, and implement asynchronous processes (Batch, Queueable, Scheduled Apex).

Strong expertise in Apex classes & Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura & LWC).

Salesforce Experience Cloud experience (3+ years – Mandatory).

Good understanding of Salesforce Data Model, Security Model, Governor Limits, and Order of Execution.

Experience with Salesforce APIs, integrations, and data migration tools.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, JIRA, Confluence, and Agile methodologies.

Develop REST/SOAP integrations with external systems and middleware such as Boomi
-
Support data migration and management using Data Loader or ETL tools.

Ensure platform performance, security, and scalability, while participating in code reviews and mentoring junior developers.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Certifications

Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I – Required

Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II – Strongly Preferred

Active learning on Salesforce Trailhead and completion of relevant Trailhead modules/badges is a plus.
