We are looking for an experienced Software Lead to manage multidisciplinary delivery across software engineering, data science, and generative AI. You will be responsible for managing complex initiatives that span product development, integration, and client onboarding.
This role demands hands-on technical capability (including coding and code walk-through), good communication, excellent execution skills, and the ability to coordinate across distributed teams.
Your Expertise Includes

Strong technical background with the ability to contribute hands-on (including coding proficiency).

Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams and large technical deliverables.

Proven experience in product project management, driving end-to-end product lifecycle execution from ideation to release.

Proficient in modern software development practices, Agile frameworks, and CI/CD workflows.

Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to translate complex technical challenges into actionable plans.

Certifications in PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent.

Coding experience (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or equivalent).

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or Google Cloud).

Familiarity with geospatial domain, APIs, and data processing workflows.

Knowledge of satellite data processing and remote sensing workflows is a bonus.
