Job Overview
We are looking for a Finance Transformation professional with strong expertise in SAP FI and S/4HANA to support finance process transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in driver-based budgeting, chart of accounts optimization, cost center hierarchy design, and aligning business requirements for MIS and financial reporting. The role involves working closely with finance and business stakeholders to improve financial processes, reporting structures, and system efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support finance transformation initiatives focusing on process improvement, reporting enhancement, and system optimization.
- Work extensively with SAP FI module and S/4HANA environment to support finance process design and implementation.
- Design and implement driver-based budgeting frameworks aligned with business and financial planning needs.
- Review and optimize Chart of Accounts (CoA) structure to ensure alignment with business reporting and statutory requirements.
- Design and maintain cost center hierarchies to support accurate financial tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for MIS, management reporting, and financial dashboards.
- Ensure alignment of financial data structures (CoA, cost centers, profit centers) with organizational reporting needs.
- Work with cross-functional teams including finance, IT, and business units to implement finance transformation initiatives.
- Support the development and enhancement of MIS reports and financial analytics for better decision-making.
- Participate in system implementation, enhancements, and testing related to finance transformation programs.
