We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager with expertise in AI-powered surveillance systems. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in sales and a deep understanding of advanced Analytics Camera System, video analytics technologies, including facial recognition, automatic number plate recognition ( ANPR), Video Management System (VMS) and other Video Analytics driven security solutions related to Traffic, law enforcement, Industrials etc.
The Sales Manager will drive sales growth, manage client relationships, and position our cutting-edge surveillance products in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and acquire new clients across various sectors such as government agencies, law enforcement, large enterprises, Industries etc.
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets within the AI-based surveillance market.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Market Expansion: Explore and penetrate new markets to expand the company's presence and market share in the surveillance industry.
Product Presentations: Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the benefits and features of our AI-based surveillance solutions.
Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing, maintaining a robust sales pipeline and ensuring timely deal closures.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to provide insights and recommendations to the company.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales, with at least 2 years in the surveillance/security industry. Maximum experience should be below 12 years only need to be applied.
