The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for student inquiries, providing expert guidance on our curriculum while driving the academy's enrollment goals. This role requires a professional with a deep understanding of the education sales lifecycle and a passion for student success.

Key Responsibilities
- Career Counseling & Guidance: Conduct in-depth one-on-one counseling sessions with students and parents to understand their creative aspirations and recommend suitable programs in Animation, VFX, and Gaming.
- Enrolment Management: Manage the full admissions funnel, from initial inquiry to final fee payment and documentation, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for every student.
- Lead Conversion: Follow up diligently on leads generated through digital marketing, field events, and walk-ins to achieve high conversion ratios.
- Program Advocacy: Maintain a thorough understanding of the academy’s course modules, software tools, and placement records to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Database Management: Systematically update and maintain the student database and CRM, ensuring all interactions are logged for accurate pipeline tracking.
- Post-Admission Support: Assist newly enrolled students with the orientation process and coordinate with the academic team to ensure high student satisfaction and retention.
