We are looking for a high-performance Head of Sales to lead Scalevel’s Ed Tech and drive revenue growth.The ideal candidate will be responsible for building the sales engine, managing the sales team, optimizing conversions, and scaling revenue.This role is critical in helping Scalevel become a leading skill-to-career platform in India.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a scalable sales strategy for Scalevel programs.
• Drive course enrollments and revenue growth.
• Optimize the lead-to-enrollment conversion funnel.
• Build, train and manage a high-performance sales team.
• Set weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Monitor team performance and conversion metrics.
• Work closely with the marketing team
• Manage lead distribution, follow-ups, and closing strategy.
• Improve demo-to-sale conversion.
• Create and improve sales scripts, objection handling, and closing techniques.
• Track performance using CRM tools.
• Develop channel partner networks.
• Plan and execute sales and marketing strategies.
• Generate leads through digital marketing campaigns.
• Convert leads into student enrollments.
• Manage and train the sales team.
