Key responsibilities:
AI Strategy & Transformation
Define and own the enterprise AI transformation strategy and roadmap
Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases across business units and client offerings
Translate business objectives into scalable, AI-driven initiatives
Execution & Delivery Leadership
Lead end-to-end AI transformation programs, from concept through implementation and adoption
Collaborate with product, engineering, QA, data, and business teams to ensure successful delivery
Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards
Governance & Responsible AI
Establish AI governance, standards, and best practices
Ensure ethical, responsible, and compliant use of AI technologies
Oversee AI risk management, data privacy, and regulatory considerations
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
Act as a senior advisor in client-facing AI transformation initiatives
Participate in executive-level discussions to shape AI-driven client solutions
Align internal AI capabilities with client and market expectations
Capability Building & Leadership
Build and scale AI capabilities, teams, and operating models
Mentor and develop AI leaders, analysts, and cross-functional teams
Drive an AI-first culture focused on innovation, accountability, and impact
Measurement & Continuous Improvement
Define KPIs to measure AI transformation success and ROI
Track outcomes and continuously refine AI strategy based on results and industry trends
Requirements (Qualifications/Experience/Competencies)
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
10 years of experience in technology leadership, digital transformation, or AI-driven initiatives
Proven experience leading large-scale transformation or enterprise technology programs
Strong understanding of:
Generative AI and LLM-based systems
Intelligent automation and AI-enabled workflows
Data platforms, analytics, and AI solution architectures
Ability to translate business challenges into AI strategies and execution plans
Experience working with senior leadership and enterprise clients
Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and change-management skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities
Good to Have (Strategic Advantage)
Experience establishing or leading an AI Center of Excellence (CoE)
Background in consulting, enterprise solution delivery, or large digital programs
Familiarity with cloud-based AI platforms and enterprise AI governance models
Exposure to global or multi-region organizations
Knowledge of AI ethics, compliance, and risk frameworks
