Key responsibilities:
AI Innovation, Feasibility & Value Assessment
Conduct comprehensive feasibility and value analysis for new ideas, products, and features
Evaluate AI readiness, including data availability, model suitability, risks, and cost implications
Assess build vs. buy decisions for AI solutions, including API usage, token costs, infrastructure, and scalability
Identify high-impact use cases for Generative AI, NLP, Computer Vision, and intelligent automation
Business Case & Strategic Analysis
Develop robust business cases outlining ROI, investment, success metrics, risks, and assumptions
Perform market, competitor, and trend analysis to validate innovation opportunities
Separate AI hype from practical, value-driven business solutions
Assess AI-specific risks such as hallucinations, compliance, ethics, and data privacy
Requirement Discovery & Client Engagement
Lead client and stakeholder discussions to understand business goals, workflows, and decision-making needs
Own end-to-end requirement gathering and analysis for AI-powered initiatives
Translate business needs into clear AI use cases, functional specifications, and user journeys
Facilitate workshops, ideation sessions, and requirement validation meetings
Prompt Engineering & AI Solution Design
Design, test, and continuously refine high-quality prompts for generative AI systems
Define AI behavior guidelines, response standards, and validation criteria
Evaluate AI outputs for relevance, accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business intent
Collaborate closely with AI engineers, data scientists, developers, and QA teams
Delivery, Validation & Optimization
Ensure AI solutions delivered meet the original business case and success metrics
Support UAT, demos, and solution validation with internal teams and clients
Manage requirement changes and maintain traceability from idea to AI output
Drive continuous improvement of AI solution quality and effectiveness
Innovation Leadership
Stay current with emerging AI models (LLMs, SLMs), tools, and best practices
Proactively propose new innovation opportunities aligned with business strategy
Mentor junior analysts or prompt engineers and promote best practices
Requirements (Qualifications/Experience/Competencies)
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field
5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Functional Analyst, or Solutions Analyst
Proven experience working on AI/ML or Generative AI initiatives
Strong understanding of the AI development lifecycle, including:
Data readiness
Model selection and tuning concepts
Prompt engineering fundamentals
Hands-on experience in prompt design, optimization, and AI output validation
Demonstrated ability to build business cases, feasibility studies, and financial models
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
Experience translating business strategy into actionable technical and AI requirements
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including senior leadership and clients
Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies
Proficiency in tools such as:
MS Excel (financial modeling), PowerPoint
Jira, Confluence
Visio, Miro, Draw.io
Working experience with data analysis or visualization tools (SQL, Tableau, Power BI)
Good to Have
Experience working with LLMs, chatbots, or AI-powered enterprise platforms
Familiarity with platforms such as ChatGPT, Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini, or similar
Exposure to AI-assisted coding or productivity tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor)
Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, CCBA
Background in SaaS, digital platforms, media, or enterprise technology solutions, data consolidation platforms including Hub360D
