We are looking for an experienced Academic Counsellor to join our EdTech team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in student acquisition, guidance, and enrollment growth by promoting our learning programs and academic solutions. In addition to counselling experience, the candidate should possess strong communication and leadership skills to drive enrollments, support students, and contribute to the growth of the organization.
As an Academic Counsellor, your responsibilities will include managing the complete student engagement lifecycle from handling inquiries and lead counselling to eligibility assessment, course guidance, enrollment support, documentation, follow-ups, and maintaining long-term relationships with students to ensure retention and success throughout their learning journey
Key Responsibilities

Provide academic, personal, and career guidance to students.

Advise students on effective study techniques, time management, and learning strategies.

Assist students in understanding academic programs, resources, and opportunities.

Act as a mentor and role model, motivating students to perform to their full potential.

Address student concerns, challenges, and queries related to academics and learning.

Monitor and track students’ academic progress and performance.

Create a supportive, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
