Role Overview
We are looking for an Agile professional who can primarily function as a Scrum Master while also supporting Business Analysis activities. The role focuses on facilitating Agile ceremonies, ensuring smooth sprint execution, and maintaining effective collaboration between stakeholders and the development team. In addition to Scrum facilitation, the candidate will assist in documenting requirements, converting them into user stories, and maintaining structured product documentation.
This position requires strong coordination skills, a solid understanding of Agile delivery practices, and the ability to balance sprint management with requirement clarity to support successful product development.

Key Responsibilities
Scrum Master Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, retrospectives).
- Monitor sprint progress, velocity, and delivery timelines.
- Identify and remove blockers affecting development.
- Ensure Agile best practices are followed consistently.
- Coordinate between product owners and development teams.
- Track deliverables and maintain sprint documentation.
Business Analysis
- Gather and document business requirements and convert them into user stories.
- Define acceptance criteria and maintain product backlog.
- Conduct requirement walkthrough sessions with stakeholders.
- Prepare workflow diagrams and process documentation.
- Support UAT and validation cycles.
