Description:
Implementation & Configuration:
- Install, configure, and deploy healthcare applications and related components.
- Validate environment readiness and ensure successful system integration.
- Client Training & Enablement:
- Conduct application training (functional and technical) for client IT teams and end users.
- Prepare and deliver user manuals and training documentation.
- Technical Support & Issue Resolution:
- Provide Level 2/3 support for incidents, enhancements, and post-implementation issues.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, QA, and Development teams to troubleshoot and resolve reported issues within defined SLAs.
- Coordination & Documentation:
- Liaise between clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, document findings, and track issue resolution.
- Maintain comprehensive implementation and support documentation.
