Description:

Implementation & Configuration:

  • Install, configure, and deploy healthcare applications and related components.
  • Validate environment readiness and ensure successful system integration.
  • Client Training & Enablement:
  • Conduct application training (functional and technical) for client IT teams and end users.
  • Prepare and deliver user manuals and training documentation.
  • Technical Support & Issue Resolution:
  • Provide Level 2/3 support for incidents, enhancements, and post-implementation issues.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, QA, and Development teams to troubleshoot and resolve reported issues within defined SLAs.
  • Coordination & Documentation:
  • Liaise between clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, document findings, and track issue resolution.
  • Maintain comprehensive implementation and support documentation.

 

Preferred Skills

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Windows Server (2008/2012), Windows 8/10, and MS Office Suite.
  • Experience in application support and product deployment.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL and Oracle Databases (11g / 12c); ability to write queries and perform data validation.
  • Familiarity with installation/configuration of enterprise or healthcare software systems.
  • Working knowledge of networking, system administration, and basic hardware infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Healthcare Information System (HIS) or EMR implementation/support experience.
  • Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or equivalent certification.
  • Exposure to HL7, integration interfaces, or hospital workflow is an advantage.
