Job Summary
Responsible for day-to-day administration of Bank Assurance and Group Business operations, ensuring accurate policy processing, premium calculations, reconciliations, and high-quality service to corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
Group Policy Administration

Process new group life schemes, data capture, and policy conversions

Manage portfolio updates (member additions, deletions, amendments)

Update member records including coverage limits and restrictions

Prepare Master Policy documents for supervisor approval
-
Issue policy certificates and maintain accurate documentation
Premium & Financial Operations
-
Perform monthly premium and coverage calculations
-
Conduct reconciliations prior to invoicing
-
Prepare invoices and insurance schedules
-
Track issued invoices and follow up for timely settlement (as per KPIs)

Process cancellations and calculate pro-rata refunds

Reconcile bancassurance payment files from banks

Send standing order instructions to banks
Bancassurance Processing

Validate proposals and premiums before policy conversion

Process bancassurance policy conversions before month-end

Issue group bancassurance documents and certificates monthly
Coordination & Client Support

Follow up with corporate clients/pension administrators for membership data or missing documents

Respond to queries via phone/email from clients, brokers, and internal teams

Liaise with Data Capture, Partnership, Underwriting, and Accounts teams for issue resolution
Requirements
Education
-
Graduate in any discipline preferred finance background
Experience

3–4 years in policy administration, payroll administration, or insurance sector
