Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2/L3 application support for production and UAT environments
- Monitor application health, alerts, and batch processes
- Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes or workarounds
- Collaborate with relevant teams and clients to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Support deployments, releases, and environment setup
- Maintain application documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base
- Proactively handle service requests, user queries, and change management activities
- Ensure adherence to SLA and incident management processes
- Conduct client calls as required to discuss issues, updates, and requirements.
- Perform log analysis, database queries, and performance checks
- Participate in on-call and weekend support rotations (if required)
