Hon'ble Minister for Industries, Commerce, IT & AI Shri P. K. Kunhalikutty performed the groundbreaking ceremony of YOO HUB Trivandrum at Technopark Phase III.

Sulaiman, Chairman, HiLITE Group; Shri Ajil Muhammed, Group CEO, HiLITE Group; Shri Shafeeq P., CEO, HiLITE Properties; Shri Madhavan Praveen, CTO, Technopark; Shri Vipin Kumar, CFO, Technopark; Shri Vasanth Varada, Deputy Vice President (Marketing & Customer Relationship), Technopark, along with other distinguished guests and leaders from HiLITE Group's various business verticals.
Developed by HiLITE Group in collaboration with the globally renowned YOO brand and the International Workplace Group (IWG), the ₹300-crore project will deliver 5.37 lakh sq. ft. of premium Grade-A IT space, create approximately 5,000 direct jobs, and further strengthen Kerala's position as a leading destination for technology, AI, and Global Capability Centres (GCCs).
As India's first YOO-branded IT Park and the first IT project globally under the YOO brand, YOO HUB Trivandrum will redefine premium workspaces while setting new benchmarks in sustainable development with LEED v4.1 BD+C (Building Design and Construction): Core and Shell Platinum pre-certification.
