Groundbreaking Ceremony for First IT Office of “QUAD” Project at Technocity Campus

Technopark marked a significant milestone on Friday, 9 January, with the groundbreaking ceremony for the first IT office building of the “QUAD” Project at its Technocity Campus. The new facility is planned to span approximately 9 lakh sq. ft. and is being executed by M/s Consolidated Construction Consortium Limited (CCCL) under a composite contract package, with a scheduled construction duration of 36 months.

The ceremony was attended by Col Sanjeev Nair (Retd), CEO, Technopark; Madhavan Praveen, CTO; Vipin Kumar, CFO; Vasanth Varada, Deputy Vice President – Marketing & Customer Relationship; Kaushik Ram, Director (Services), CCCL; and Perumal, Project Manager, CCCL, along with representatives from the Technopark community, the CCCL team, and their families.

The project has received all necessary approvals, including environmental clearance and construction approval from the Single Window Clearance Board of Technopark, clearing the way for the development of the state-of-the-art IT facility.
