Requirements

B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering (pass out from 2022 onwards).

Ability to communicate clearly and consistently, and a natural interest in working with people are required for the position.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preference will be given to candidates who have completed the MEP course in HVAC and related fields.

Only candidates who possess the original Degree certificate are eligible for this role.

Candidates who have already completed or have undergone apprenticeship under NATS are requested not to apply for this position.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Support Documentation
-
Assist in the participation of design documentation for projects, including chilled water piping layouts and chiller system design.

Support the preparation of tender documents, including bill forwarding statements, recommendation notes, and project specifications.
2. Project and Operations Assistance
-
Collaborate with teams to verify the materials/equipment delivered by the vendor, taking measurements and evaluating the commissioning of projects to ensure compliance with design specifications and tender documents.

Assist in monitoring operations maintenance of critical systems such as:
- Centralized HVAC plants (review daily reports and system performance).
- Fire Protection Systems (review operational logs and daily reports).
- Sewage Treatment Plants (STP).
- Water Treatment Plant (WTP).
- Water Distribution Systems (WDS).
3. Compliance and Documentation

Help maintain and update lift licenses and assist in the periodic documentation process.

Assist in ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, including maintaining documents for Consent to Establish (CTE) and Consent to Operate (CTO).
4. Complaint Monitoring and Surrender Evaluation

Support the preparation of complaint registers and ensure accurate documentation of operational issues and follow up with vendors.

Assist in the evaluation of companies surrendering their premises, including site inspections and verification of facility status.
Stipend & Term of Appointment

Monthly stipend: Rs.15,000/month.

Tenure: 1 year (Not extendable)
