Technopark Thiruvananthapuram is dedicated to ensure a secure and empowering environment for women. Our strong emphasis on women’s safety has led to the creation of a safe and supportive environment for women at all our campuses, whether they are our employees or visitors. This approach has significantly boosted the confidence of our female workforce and has positioned Technopark as an establishment with a women friendly campus network.
In this context Technopark has constituted an Internal Committee (IC) in accordance with the provisions of the Prevention of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013- POSH Act. The IC’s role is to investigate complaints of sexual harassment and take appropriate measures in accordance with the provisions of the POSH Act. The Reconstituted IC of Trivandrum Technopark came into effect through Office Order: Ref.No.ETPK:HR:2025:05 dated 30.10.2025. The present IC has a mandate till October 2028.
