Chief Executive Officer, Technopark

State Government is looking for a highly qualified, dynamic and committed individual for the post of Chief Executive Officer, Technopark, which is the premier IT Hub in Kerala. Technopark, Thiruvananthapuram is a Government of Kerala organization and one of India's largest IT Parks employing around 80,000 IT professionals. The Park is spread across 768 acres of land in 5 phases housing around 500 companies.

The candidate is expected to have a clear understanding of the business dynamics of the IT industry, its global trends and have skills to interact and negotiate with global players in the field. The Chief Executive Officer is to strategize and support the expansion of the IT sector in the State, work closely with the entire industry ranging from Start-Ups, SMEs, and Multinational Companies, apart from developing a clear strategy for leveraging the existing infrastructure, evaluating strategic options and innovatively structuring the IT sector.

Educational Qualification

  1. Basic Degree in Engineering
  2. MBA (Full Time) / Executive MBA (Full Time - not less than 1 year) / Executive MBA (Part Time - not less than 2 years) / 2 Year PGDM (Full Time) / 2 Year PGDBM (Full Time) OR Post Graduate Degree in Engineering / Technology.

Experience

  1. 20 years overall experience, of which at least 5 years should be in IT/Electronics industry.
  2. At least 5 years of experience should be as Head of Division/Profit Centre/Organization.
  3. Experience in development of infrastructure for IT/ITeS sector.

Desirable Experience

  1. Grade A office development and leasing of land with leading developers or attracting investments.
  2. Office leasing with leading International Property Consultants/Firms/Companies.
  3. Real asset and workplace management with a Fortune 500 occupier in India.
  4. Experience in Marketing, Sales & Customer Relations.

Age

Maximum age limit: 55 years as on the date of notification.

Duration

3 years.

Remuneration

Approximately Rs. 3,50,000/-.
