As we expand our business footprint, we’re seeking a passionate and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team.

Role Overview

The BDE will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to pitch tailored solutions to potential clients across sectors like AI, SaaS, IT services, and automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential customers through various channels (LinkedIn, email, platforms, events)

  • Execute outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and calls

  • Qualify leads, schedule meetings, and support proposal development

  • Present company offerings clearly and confidently to prospects

  • Maintain a healthy pipeline and meet outreach and conversion targets

  • Follow up with leads and keep CRM records updated

  • Build long-term relationships with potential clients and partners

  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver proposals and presentations

  • Participate in webinars, client demos, and virtual meetings

Preferred Skills

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (spoken and written English)

  • Comfortable with cold outreach and lead generation strategies

  • Self-driven, proactive, and target-focused

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email tools, CRM software (e.g., HubSpot CRM)

  • Basic understanding of AI, SaaS, or tech products/services

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in AI, SaaS, or IT services sector

  • Exposure to international markets (US, UK, GCC, etc.)

  • Experience working in a startup or growth-stage company

  • Knowledge of sales automation tools (Apollo, SmartLead, etc.)
