As we expand, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR & Accounts Executive to support both human resource operations and day-to-day accounting activities.

Role Overview

The HR & Accounts Executive will play a dual role in managing core HR responsibilities such as recruitment and employee engagement, while also supporting accounting functions like invoicing, expense tracking, and payroll coordination.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working across teams, has strong organizational skills, and can handle sensitive data with care and accuracy.

Human Resources Responsibilities

  • Manage job postings, schedule interviews, and support recruitment

  • Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities

  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and internal HR documents

  • Monitor leave, attendance, and prepare monthly payroll inputs

  • Support employee engagement and performance tracking processes

  • Ensure HR policies and compliance are followed

Accounts Responsibilities

  • Maintain day-to-day records of expenses, reimbursements, and bills

  • Prepare invoices, follow up on payments, and coordinate with vendors

  • Process payroll and handle statutory deductions (TDS, PF, ESI, etc.)

  • Assist with bank reconciliations, purchase records, and financial reporting

  • Work with external accountants/consultants for filings and audit documentation

  • Use tools like Tally, Excel, and Google Workspace for record-keeping

Preferred Skills

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, HR, Business Administration, or related field

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in HR and/or accounting roles

  • Proficient in Excel, accounting software (Tally, Zoho), and Google Docs/Sheets

  • Basic knowledge of labor laws, payroll, and compliance processes

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills

  • Strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and attention to detail
