Mandatory Skills:
* Data Modeling, ETL/ELT Pipelines, Data Warehousing, AWS-Native Services(Glue, EMR, Athena, Redshift, Lake Formation, Kinesis, Lambda, S3), GDPR, PDPL, HIPAA
* Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, analysts, and scientists in delivering enterprise data solutions.
* Design and oversee implementation of scalable data pipelines using AWS-native services (e.x: Glue, EMR, Athena, Redshift, Lake Formation, Kinesis, Lambda, S3).
* Drive adoption of Databricks for advanced data engineering, ML work
* Manage integration of Snowflake/Databricks as a key cloud data warehouse, including schema design, performance optimization, and cost efficiency.
* Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into data-driven insights.
* Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data warehousing best practices.
* Knowledge of data security, compliance, and privacy regulations (GDPR, PDPL, HIPAA)
