Job Description
- Mandatory Skills:
- * Cloud Operations Management, Monitor KPIs, Operational Reports, AWS-native tools (CloudWatch, Cost Explorer, Service Catalog), ITIL practices
- * Oversee day-to-day operations across cloud and managed services engagements.
- * Ensure adherence to SLAs, process compliance, and audit readiness.
- * Coordinate between Service Delivery, L1/L2 teams, and leadership to maintain operational efficiency.
- * Monitor KPIs and prepare monthly/quarterly operational reports.
- * Drive improvements in automation, cost optimization, and governance using AWS-native tools (CloudWatch, Cost Explorer, Service Catalog).
- * Manage incident escalation and post-mortem reviews with a focus on continuous improvement.
- * Strong knowledge of ITIL practices, project coordination, and cloud operations management.
