Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer to support the migration from SAP B2B to Optimizely Commerce Cloud. The role focuses on implementing and integrating backend services, including data migration, API development, and system integrations, while ensuring high performance and reliability. The developer will collaborate closely with solution architects, business analysts, and QA teams to deliver a secure, scalable, and seamless migration.
Responsibilities include:
Development & Integration
- Build and maintain backend services using .NET Core and ASP.NET Web API.
- Develop integration layers between SAP B2B and Optimizely Commerce Cloud.
- Implement data migration scripts and tools for products, pricing, and customer hierarchies.
- Ensure API security and compliance with enterprise standards.
Performance & Scalability
- Optimize backend services for high performance and scalability.
- Implement caching strategies (e.g., Redis) to improve response times.
- Monitor and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks.
Collaboration
- Work closely with Solution Architect to align with migration framework.
- Collaborate with Business Analyst to understand requirements and translate them into technical tasks.
- Support QA teams during integration and performance testing.
DevOps & Deployment
- Participate in CI/CD pipeline setup using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Ensure containerization readiness (Docker) and cloud deployment compatibility.
