As a Data Verifier you will be responsible for reviewingcall transcriptions, which will require excellent comprehensive skills in Hindi & English. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong linguistic abilities, and the ability to maintain accuracy and consistency in data tagging processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and verify diverse call datasets according to predefined criteria and guidelines.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency by paying close attention to linguistic nuances and context.
- Collaborate with the AI team to optimize tagging strategies and improve efficiency.
- Good listening skills required in Hindi
- Provide feedback and contribute to the enhancement of tagging methodologies.
- Maintain documentation and records related to tagging activities.
Requirements:
- Excellent command of the English language, including grammar, syntax, and vocabulary.
- Good undertsnding of Hindi Language (Listening & Speaking)
- Excellent multilingual command over Hindi + Tamil/Telugu/Kannada/Marathi/Gujarathi languages
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in tagging tasks.
- Previous experience in data tagging or annotation is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
