Essential Qualifications
Graduate and Two Years Full-time MBA (Marketing) / Two Year Full-time PGDBA / PGDBM / PGDM with specialization in Marketing with 60% aggregate (pass out from 2022 onwards).
Desirable
- A good command of English and Malayalam (oral & written).
- Ability to communicate clearly and consistently and a natural interest in working with people are required for the position.
- We prefer individuals who are intrinsically motivated about working with a team and handling customer relationship matters.

Job Description
- Handle new client enquiries, walk-ins, telephone and email.
- Build positive and productive relationships with clients for business growth.
- Managing document control system, tracking, retrieving, and drafting replies to client email and queries on regular basis.
- Able to carry out Technopark presentation for guests and prospective clients.
- Identify office space to clients based on availability.
- Inter-department coordination on space surrender and allotment process.
- Coordination with engineering & finance departments on a timely basis related to the queries on space.
- Build and maintain cordial relationship with existing clients – CEOs, Admin/Facility Heads of all Technopark companies.
- Maintain a master excel which shall capture necessary details related (including the point of contact) to the companies within Technopark campus.
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Inter-department coordination, specifically with engineering department on Customer Relationship related activities.
- Coordinate for regular meetings, discussions, teleconferences and client visit effectively.
- Ensuring delivery time on customer grievance redressal and corresponding escalations/follow-ups at the right level.
- Focus on process improvement to track daily routine, problems. Streamline process tom reduce response time.
- Follow up with prospective clients through emails and telecalls.
- Coordination with new companies to assist them to establish their new office space within Technopark campus.
- Coordinate for timely renewal of license/lease agreements with the documentation team.
