· Serve as the first level of technical support for all client requests via chat, email, and phone.
· Provide Windows Server and Desktop administration, monitoring, and issue resolution.
· Support and maintain environments across dedicated, shared, and cloud hosting platforms.
· Perform technical analysis of issues, outages, and incidents to ensure timely restoration of services.
· Troubleshoot and resolve issues independently or escalate to Level 2/Engineering teams as required.
· Monitor servers, services, and applications in a 24x7 environment; proactively identify and address alerts per SOPs.
· Handle scheduled maintenance, backup monitoring, and preventive tasks on IT infrastructure.
· Support Azure and cloud infrastructure—incident handling, user management, and environment maintenance.
· Assist with Microsoft 365 administration, including user and license management.
· Manage Active Directory objects (users, groups, OUs), GPOs, DNS, and DHCP configurations.
· Administer and maintain hybrid and cloud-only identities across Azure AD tenants.
· Demonstrate strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities across Windows and cloud domains.
· Understand network fundamentals (TCP/IP, UDP, ports, DNS) and apply them during issue resolution.
