Brief Description

We are looking for enthusiastic Sales & Customer Success Interns who are passionate about healthcare technology and digital transformation. You’ll play a vital role in supporting customer training, product implementation, and sales activities across India — helping healthcare facilities move towards complete digitalization and ABDM-integrated solutions.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in health tech sales, customer engagement, and product implementation, while working closely with an experienced team that’s redefining how hospitals operate digitally.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in customer onboarding, product demonstrations, and training sessions.

  • Support sales and customer success teams in promoting digital healthcare solutions.

  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to understand workflow and identify digitization opportunities.

  • Participate in implementation and support activities for hospital information systems.

  • Maintain customer relationships and ensure smooth post-implementation support.

  • Travel extensively across India for client meetings, training, and site visits (60–70% travel required).

Preferred Skills

Who Can Apply

  • Fresh graduates or students with 0–1 year experience.

  • Preferred degrees: BE, B.Tech, BBA, MBA (candidates from any degree can apply).

  • Languages: Must be fluent in English, Malayalam, and Hindi. Knowledge of additional local languages is a plus.

  • Must be computer literate and comfortable with common business applications and tools.

  • Should have problem-solving and analytical skills — candidates will go through a logical assessment.

  • Must be willing to travel extensively across India.

Walk-In Entry Pass

Candidates are requested to apply for the entry Pass to Technopark Campus to attend the Walk-In interview through mobile app/ web browser. Once the pass is applied, the entry pass will be sent to their registered mobile number/ e-mail id. The softcopy of the entry pass can be shown on their gadgets at Technopark Entrance Gate to enter into the Campus.

Candidates who do not have a smartphone can print their hardcopy of the entry pass on the scheduled date of the interview from the self-operating Kiosks placed at the Reception Building near TECHNOPARK Main Gate by using the 5 digit OTP (One Time Password) received as SMS/ e-mail.

Note: Original certificates will be verified at the Entry Gate for the Walk-In interview entry.
