Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Team Lead with 4–5 years of overall experience in full stack development and a minimum of 1 year in team leadership/mentorship. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding a team of frontend and backend developers, designing scalable architectures, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality applications. This role requires strong technical expertise across modern frameworks, databases, and APIs, along with excellent leadership and communication skills to manage sprints, mentor team members, and coordinate with project stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Leading a team of full stack developers (frontend + backend).
- Designing scalable architecture (databases, APIs, frontend frameworks).
- Reviewing code, ensuring best practices, and maintaining quality.
- Coordinating between frontend, backend, and DevOps.
- Mentoring team members and assigning tasks.
- Managing sprints, deadlines, and communication with project managers.
