Srishti Innovative is looking for an ambitious and result-driven Business Development Executive to expand our IT business portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting – Identify potential clients through market research, networking, LinkedIn, Upwork, and other B2B platforms.
- Client Acquisition – Approach prospects, deliver sales presentations, and convert leads into long-term clients.
- End-to-End Sales Cycle – Manage the entire business development process: prospecting, proposal drafting, negotiation, and closing IT projects.
- Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and upselling opportunities.
- Market Expansion – Explore new geographies and sectors to bring in fresh business opportunities.
- Collaboration – Work closely with technical & delivery teams to align solutions with client requirements.
- Target Achievement – Consistently achieve and exceed revenue and project closure targets.
