We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive (Telecaller) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and closing sales or scheduling appointments for further discussion.
Minimum: High School / +2 / Diploma / Graduate
Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling, telesales, or business development (Freshers can also apply)
Fluency in English and regional languages
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and promote company products/services
Understand customer needs and requirements to offer suitable solutions
Maintain a database of leads and contacts using CRM tools
Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
Schedule meetings or product demos for the field sales team
Handle customer queries in a professional manner
Keep records of calls and customer responses
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to drive conversions
