Brief Description

Srishti Innovative is looking for an ambitious and result-driven Business Development Executive to expand our IT business portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Lead Generation & Prospecting – Identify potential clients through market research, networking, LinkedIn, Upwork, and other B2B platforms.
🔹 Client Acquisition – Approach prospects, deliver sales presentations, and convert leads into long-term clients.
🔹 End-to-End Sales Cycle – Manage the entire business development process: prospecting, proposal drafting, negotiation, and closing IT projects.
🔹 Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and upselling opportunities.
🔹 Market Expansion – Explore new geographies and sectors to bring in fresh business opportunities.
🔹 Collaboration – Work closely with technical & delivery teams to align solutions with client requirements.
🔹 Target Achievement – Consistently achieve and exceed revenue and project closure targets.

Preferred Skills

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in Business Development (IT/Software industry preferred).
  • Proven record of closing IT projects (Web/Mobile/Enterprise solutions).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  •  Strong understanding of IT services, technologies, and market trends.
  • Self-motivated, growth-focused, and result-oriented.
