Brief Description

We are looking for an experienced and goal-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and drive business growth across our digital services and training divisions. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of modern sales strategies, and the ability to guide a team toward achieving ambitious revenue goals.

You’ll be working closely with our marketing, product, and operations teams to develop data-driven sales plans and ensure consistent business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market reach and customer base.

  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.

  • Collaborate with marketing to design lead generation and conversion campaigns.

  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance dashboards.

  • Train and motivate the sales team to deliver high-quality client interactions.

  • Ensure CRM data accuracy and oversee sales funnel management.

  • Attend client meetings, industry events, and networking sessions to strengthen partnerships.

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • 3–8 years of experience in sales or business development (preferably in tech, SaaS, or digital marketing).

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) and data-driven sales strategies.
